Seth is still tearing it up as a missionary! He was transferred to another area in the same district, so not far, but was happy to be given a different challenge. He is training an Elder from Hawaii, Elder Magaoay (pronounced Mag-o-way), and they are doing great work together.

We got a bonus call from Seth on Father's Day, which was awesome! This is how he talked to us, working some rest into his video call. ;)
Autumn kicked off the month with a fundraiser car wash for her dance team for LPHS. She had great fun and they raised several thousand dollars for their dance team, so it was a win-win.

Bryce, Autumn and I went on our Stake's annual Laurel High adventure activity. We spent two days hiking, rappelling, bouldering through slot canyons, hiking in water up to our chests, camping and having a really great time! Such a fun activity!!

Devin invited us to come to Provo one evening to go to "Good Moves" a really fun place where you pay a small cover charge and then can play any of the hundreds of board games they have. They also serve food and we had a great time playing games, snacking and laughing!

Bryce spent the month working on designing, figuring out and building a new stone sitting area in our backyard. He did get help from Autumn and me, but he definitely did the lion's share of the work. Here are some pics of the work in progress:

You will have to tune in next month to see the finished product. :)
We also did a few other things to make our outdoor living space even better, including a new front porch sitting area and new outdoor dining set:

We ended the month of June with a trip to Bear Lake for a Finch family reunion. It was epic with all of us staying in the same humongous house with our own pool and hot tub, game room, outdoor play set for the kiddos and outdoor yard big enough to play some pretty epic games of volleyball, corn hole, and kickball. We also enjoyed a day boating on the lake, hiking through the mountains around Bear Lake and shopping snd sight seeing together. It was just so much fun to get caught up and to be a family!! What an awesome week!!

Autumn wasn't with us on picture day because she was at Girls camp until Wednesday morning when Bryce drove back home to pick her up and bring her back.

My dad with a lot of his grandkids and great grandkids

My dad with 7 of his 8 kids - Jenni was only able to come for one day, and it wasn't picture day. :)

We also had a big 80th birthday celebration for my dad. His favorite part was the book of memories we gave him - every single person in the family sent a favorite memory and picture with my dad and my sister Kathi compiled them all into a book. A few tears might have been shed. ;)

Probably my favorite part was seeing the big kids interact with the little kids:

We ended the reunion week back in Salt Lake city area with my sister Becki's wedding to Dean Crandall, whom we all love!! Becki and Dean make a great couple and we were happy to be there for their wedding celebration. Unfortunately, I didn't take hardly any pics, but here are a couple:

That's it for our June!!
